The Harvest Field

Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. Luke 10:2

People have no greater need than to be born again with the spirit of Jesus into a living and eternal relationship with Him. Yet there will always be more people who need to hear than people who are willing to go and share the message. It seems that we live in a day and age when missionaries are a dying breed. So few are willing to give their lives to go to a foreign land to proclaim the good news of the gospel of the kingdom of God. When we find someone who is willing we should get behind them and support their efforts.

I am blessed to say that Grace Wave exists for that very reason: To take the gospel to the last, the least, and the lost in the country of Indonesia. We are devoted to offering Jesus to those who do not know Him. It is a joy and privilege to go into the harvest field and labor for the Lord. There is nothing more rewarding than sharing Jesus with someone who has never believed in Him.

The harvest is truly great in Indonesia. 240 million people with the most unreached people groups in the world. It is the largest Muslim country in the world, and the laborers are so few. It seems that you hear of people going to China, Russia, South America, Africa, but seldom to Indonesia. That is why Grace Wave is dedicated to this nation.

Jesus calls us to pray for laborers to go into the harvest field. We at GW are just one small answer to that prayer. Continue to pray for our efforts to bring the gospel of grace to the people of Indonesia!
