Be A Believer

If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. Mark 9:23

What you believe and how much you believe it is the most important thing about you. Your beliefs determine the direction and possibility of your life. Of all the things we can do for God, believing is the most vital. Faith is what appropriates the grace of God to our lives. God offers to supply us with unlimited resources. He is the Supplier and we are the Applier. Faith is what applies God’s supply to our lives. So the better your faith, the better your life. Our number one job is to believe in God, what He says, and what He wants to do in us.

Jesus goes so far as to say that “nothing” is impossible for him who believes. Wow! That is a powerful statement that holds the key to unlimited possibility. When Abraham believed God he was made righteous and became the father of a new nation. Better than that, he became the friend of God. And it was all made possible by faith.

Our lives are the manifestation of what we believe. May we choose to be believers. People who are know for their positive believing spirit. People who do great exploits for God because of our faith in Him. May we push the limits of possibility by our faith in God with whom all things are possible. Be a believer!

Today’s prayer: “Lord I choose to believe in You and live a life that reflects my faith in You. Feed my faith so that my doubts starve to death.”
