Juicing is one of the best ways you can extract nutrients and get them into your body for optimum health and vitality. Much of the food that is easily accessible in our society today is nutrient poor. It does not give you the energy needed to thrive. Much of the fast food and packaged food is geared toward selling a product not fueling your body for an "abundant life" (John 10:10). So finding nutrition that is quick and easy is vital. Keep this simple principle in mind when selecting the food that you will put in your mouth. “IF YOU WANT TO FEEL AND LOOK ALIVE, EAT LIVE FOOD”! Food in its natural, God made, whole state is the best food. When man puts God’s food through a process, it usually reduces the amount of nutrients and adds chemicals that are unhealthy to the body. So keep it simple: eat as much of God’s food as possible which are fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and lean meats.

Below is a recipe for juicing that will be sure to give you life!

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 whole apple
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 fistful of parsley
  • 1 fistful of spinach
  • 2-3 sticks of celery
