Coffee
HOUSE BLEND:
This coffee started it all! Indonesian and Latin American coffees blended together to offer a coffee that will please any pallet. Our house blend is smooth, well rounded and has low acidity.
THE ELEMENTS:
This is our most complex coffee and features five different beans from three different continents. It is a very smooth and lively drink. It offers sweet chocolate notes with an excellent body and mild acidity. It is a universal coffee that works well as drip coffee or as an espresso.
DARKNESS AND LIGHT:
Rich and bold with very assertive flavor, yet a well-rounded blend. It is a South American blend with two roast styles, including a hint of a French roast that maintains its full-bodied flavor. This is often used as a house coffee as it’s a pleaser for a wide range of pallets.
REFLECTIONS:
Here is a blend of Central and South American coffees. It is roasted Vienna (medium) and is a pleasure to roast due to its very uniform consistency. It has a crisp while still subtle flavor. It is a sweet and mellow offering with a silky body and a rich, lingering finish with an extremely mild acidity.
INSPIRE:
Coffees from around the world combine and unite with our three coffees from three continents (Asia, South America and Africa) blend. Their union creates earthy flavors with a tangy, yet slightly sweet brew and a lingering, almost spicy finish. This is our favorite coffee in house. It is the coffee that always wins in blind taste competitions. Try it with alternative brewing methods, such as a French Press or Chemex, to bring out additional flavors not necessarily achieved with standard drip brewers.
SUN AND MOON:
The predominant roast characteristics of our two riche's coffees combine to produce a smooth coffee with very full, almost syrupy body. It is earthy and bold, it is perfect for those who like a rich and hearty cup.
DARK HORSE:
Here we use a French roast for our South American blend. It is dark, rich and full, while still a clean cup. It has the smokiness expected in a French roast, yet maintains every drop of flavor in the cup.
DECAF HOUSE:
Our decaf is indeed universal and works well as a drip coffee or as an espresso. It is rich and full-flavored with everything our THE ELEMENTS offers, except the caffeine.
