So, while we at Intazza cannot grow the coffee beans ourselves, we have invested the time and money needed to search the world for the finest beans available. Expertly roasted coffee can only be as good as its source.
The mountain grown fruit (yes, coffee beans are a fruit), we have sourced are hand-picked, one bean at a time. The higher the altitude at which coffee is grown, the harder the bean, and, the harder the bean, the better the flavor. You can assume---and do so correctly--- that we always endeavor to buy those beans grown in the highest regions. This coffee, when expertly roasted, will display much more intensity in the cup.
After all is said and done, however, we are an artisan roasting company; a roasting company that we think is unequaled.
