This project started with naming and the brand. Then the "Big Idea" "USP" and "Positioning Statement" were developed followd by the logo, mobile and iPad wireframe, and final web and mobile device.

  • About the Client

    A social media website that would allow anyone to thank any person, place or thing by creating a shout. The idea is to create a positive environment that praises the good in our world. You could give a shout to a friend, a CEO of a big corporation, the President of the United States or products, services, vacation destinations, workplaces, entertainment venues, and more. The more shouts raises the exposure (like trending). Users can post, follow, and search shouts. Shouts could also be used as a referral system as well. Shouts can be eliminated the shout community if more than two people mark the shout as negative.

    The Challenge

    With all the different social media networks on-line users are shown many good and bad experiences. There are just as many negative comments about things as there are positive ones. The unfortunate problem is if someone is feeling positive they can quickly become negative by derogatory media within other social networking experiences. Sharing and liking between friends is another limitation with other social experiences within your contacts as apposed to recognizing a broader experience: person place or thing through a site that allows posts to be seen by everyone in the world.

    Unique Selling Position:

    Unique Selling Position: Focusing on people who want to give shouts (praise), follow other peoples shouts, and search shouts for products, services, people, vacation destinations, workplaces, entertainment venues, and more. Self promoting a shout is not allowed. Positioning Statement: Shout is a social media company providing a format that encourages positive ideas about people, places, or things. Shouts positive environment makes user feel good about the world around them and provides a medium to post, follow, and search for positive shouts about what the user is interested in.

    Project Description

    The stationery system was created with a fresh color palette. The Shout logo is dominate throughout they system. The yellow bar represents the Shout area on the site where a user can make a Shout.
